Narration of Imperative Sentence : 

Imperative Sentence with  "Let" : 

Let যুক্ত Sentence কে আমরা ২ ভাগে ভাগ করব ।

(1)  Let's /  Let us যুক্ত  এবং (2)   Let's /  Let us ছাড়া ( Let him , Let the man etc. ) 

(1)  Let's /  Let us যুক্ত : 

Let's /  Let us যুক্ত Sentence  কে Indirect করতে হলে নিচের নিয়মটি মনে রাখতে হবে ।

(a)  এধরনের Sentence  কে Indirect করতে হলে Reporting Verb  বসাতে হবে Proposed এবং Proposed  এর পর  to রাখতে হবে।

(b)  that বসাতে হবে। 

(c)  যদি Direct speech এ  object থাকে me তবে , Indirect করার সময় Subject দিতে হবে We, অন্যথায় 

Subject দিতে হবে  they .

(d)  Subject এর পর auxiliary verb দিতে হবে should

Example :

1.  Dir :  He said to me,  " Let's play football."
     In :  He proposed to me that we should play                    football. 

2.  Dir :  He said to his friend, " Let's enjoy the                     match."
In :    He proposed to his friend that they should                     enjoy the match.


(2)   Let's /  Let us ছাড়া :

(a)  এধরনের Sentence  কে Indirect করতে হলে Reporting Verb  বসাতে হবে  told.

(b)  that বসাতে হবে।

(c) Direct speech এ Let এর পরের object কে subject হিসেবে বসাতে হবে। যেমন - যদি থাকে ,
Let me তবে Subject হবে  I 
Let him তবে  Subject হবে he
Let her তবে  Subject হবে she
Let them তবে  Subject হবে  they
Let+ noun ( man/ boy etc) তবে  Subject হিসেবে ঐ noun টিই বসাতে হবে। 


(d)  Auxiliary verb বসাতে হবে might


Example :

1. Dir :  He said to me, " Let her finish the work."
In :  He told me that she might finish the work.

2. Dir : He said to the man,  " Let him help."
In : He told the man that he might help .
