Transformation of sentences. Negative to Affirmative. in Bangla

Negative to Affirmative :  

Negative sentences with " None but" /  Nothing but / not more than / not less than

1.   Negative Sentence এ যদি   "None but "    থাকে তবে  Affirmative  করতে হলে  Only/ alone বসাতে হয় ।

Example :    1.   Neg :  None but he lives in the house.

                          Aff : Only he lives in the house.   or,   He lives alone in the house.

                    2.   Neg :  None but graduates should apply.

                     

                         Aff  :  Only graduates should apply. 

2.    Negative Sentence এ যদি   "nothing but "    থাকে তবে Affirmative  করতে হলে  nothing but এর স্থলে Only বসাতে হয় ।

Example :    1.   Neg :  Nothing but the moon was visible.

                           Aff  :  Only the moon was visible.

                    2.  Neg : He likes nothing but sweet.

     

                         Aff :  He likes only sweet. 

3.      Negative Sentence এ যদি    "  not more than "  /    "not less than  "   থাকে তবে  Affirmative  করতে হলে  ঐ  স্থানে  only  বসাতে হয় । 

Example :    1.   Neg :   He was not more than /   not less than 22.

                        Aff :   He was only 22. 

Negative sentence with  "can not but "  /    " can not help "  : 

4.   Negative Sentence এ যদি  "can not but "   থাকে তবে Affirmative  করতে  হলে can not but এর পরিবর্তে   must  বসাতে হয় । 

Example :  1.  Neg :  We can not but obey our parents.

                      Aff :   We must obey our parents.

 Negative Sentence এ can not help  থাকলে সেক্ষেত্রে বাক্যটির মুল verb এর সাথে ing যুক্ত থাকে । এই ধরনের বাক্যকে Affirmative  করতে  হলে  can not help এর বদলে  must   বসাতে হবে এবং মুল verb এর সাথে ing তুলে দিয়ে present form /base form  বসাতে হবে। 

Example :     Neg :   We can not help obeying our parents.

                  

                      Aff :    We must obey our parents.
