Exercise for Practice Narration ( Narrative style ) /  Passage Narration :  

1.  Direct   :    " What are you doing now ? "   said  Rakib to his friend.  " I am playing football now , "   said his friend.   " Won't you go to school today ? "  said Rakib again.   " No,  I will not go to school today, "  said his friend.

Indirect :   Rakib asked his friend what he was doing then. His friend replied that he was playing then. Rakib asked his friend again if he would not go to school that day . His friend replied in the negative and added that he would not go to school that day.
